Hello, I am Adél
I am a coach/ counsellor living in Haarlem, The Netherlands. I specialise in supporting ambitious women through life and career transitions by reconnecting with their intuition—especially relating to burnout, setting boundaries, letting go of others’ expectations or softening into deeper self-compassion. In my personal experience, I have faced challenges with complex childhood trauma that resulted in chronic overworking, exhaustion, loneliness, perfectionism and always chasing the next big thing instead of what I truly wanted.
Through my own process, I discovered the power of setting boundaries, listening to my body, and leaning deeper into my vulnerability through connection. I’ve also started to design my life around what truly gives me energy and joy. I had to learn how to sit with uncomfortable emotions and to hold onto myself in times of uncertainty. These shifts have transformed my own life, and they inspire me to support others in creating that same sense of freedom and authenticity for themselves.
My approach is not about fixing, but about walking alongside you. I offer space, presence, and thoughtful questioning that helps you connect more deeply with yourself, so you feel supported, seen, and empowered to take your next step in an authentic way.
