You've been so busy being everything to everyone. And yet something still feels missing.
This is a space to slow down, feel seen, and find your way back to yourself. Let’s redefine your version of success.
Come home to yourself
Come home to yourself
Hello, I am Adél
I'm a life coach based in Haarlem, The Netherlands, and I work with people who are exhausted from giving so much of themselves: to their work, their relationships, and everyone else's needs before their own. High achieving women especially find their way here, though anyone carrying that weight is welcome.
I personally know this feeling. My own story includes complex childhood trauma that shaped years of chronic overworking, perfectionism, loneliness, and chasing the next thing instead of asking what I actually wanted. On the outside, I was achieving. On the inside, something was missing and it kept whispering, until it screamed.
Through my own process I learned to set boundaries, listen to my body, and sit with the uncomfortable emotions I'd spent years avoiding. I started making space for vulnerability, for rest, and for a life built around what truly gives me energy. That journey changed everything, and it's what brings me to this work.
My approach is not about fixing you, because you're not broken. It's about walking alongside you with presence, curiosity, and a space that is genuinely safe. Together we slow down, look inward, and help you redefine what success looks like, on your own terms.
What to expect
Our sessions are a non-judgmental space to slow down, feel heard, and get honest with yourself. Together we will unpack your authentic definition of success. Over time, most people notice shifts like these:
You feel like yourself again. The version of you that got buried under everything.
Things get clearer. The fog of confusion or self-doubt lifts, and you begin to trust your own sense of what you need and where you're headed.
The weight gets lighter. You process what you've been carrying: emotions, experiences, grief. You stop dragging it all forward alone.
You start asking for what you need. Boundaries stop feeling impossible. Speaking up for what you need starts feeling natural.
You stop performing. The people-pleasing, the overextending, the never-enough feeling. You begin to loosen its grip start feeling safer in your body.
You have more energy. Because you're spending it on things that actually matter to you.
“Before working with Adél, I didn’t know what I needed or how to express it. Our conversations helped me understand myself better and feel safe opening up. I’ve become more self-aware and open and even my friends have noticed it. These sessions are really helping me heal and grow.”
